Portugal Dominate Turkey in Euro 2024 Qualifier

Bernardo Silva and Bruno Fernandes Goals Secure 3-0 Victory

Portugal put in a dominant performance to defeat Turkey 3-0 in their Group F Euro 2024 qualifying match. Goals from Bernardo Silva and Bruno Fernandes sealed the victory for the Portuguese, who are now top of the group with two wins from two.

Portugal started the match brightly and took the lead in the 15th minute through Silva. The Manchester City winger cut inside from the right and fired a low shot into the bottom corner.

Turkey rarely threatened, but they did have a good chance to equalize in the second half when Cengiz Under was through on goal. However, the Roma winger's shot was well saved by Portugal goalkeeper Rui Patrício.

Portugal made sure of the victory in the 75th minute when Fernandes scored their second goal. The Manchester United midfielder curled a free-kick into the top corner from 25 yards out.

Portugal are now in a strong position to qualify for Euro 2024, while Turkey's hopes of reaching the tournament are hanging by a thread.
